Speaker: Dr. Weipeng YUAN is a tenured full professor at the School of Humanities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is chief expert of the National Social Science Fund Key Project Compilation and Research of Historical Materials of Traditional Chinese Industrial and Commercial Account Books (1500-1949). Prof. Yuan has published two monographs and over 30 business and economic history articles in world-renowned journals.
