The Institute of Humanities at ShanghaiTech University, China, invites applications for tenure-track and teaching-track positions including professors, associate professors and assistant professors as well as visiting professors from renowned universities and research institutions.

Foreign Languages and Literatures: American Literature; English/German/French/Japanese Language and Literature

History: World History especially with a focus on American History

Interdisciplinary Studies: Science and Technology, Psychology

Qualifications

 1. Excellent academic background.

 2. Capable of continuously publishing high-impact research, outstanding achievements in his/her area of research, and proven track record of excellent research capacity and potential.

 3. Excellent teaching achievements recognized by experts in relevant field.

 4. Capable of teaching at least three different courses.
